Like telling us about the first lab after he had leased it and started getting it ready? Or telling us he was in discussion with the Army after he signed a contract about three weeks before. Or like buying the tree farm area with house and then leasing it to KBLB to be found out in a required reporting months later?

you were told about the latest facility before they moved in and before the build out of the lab.

you were also told in newsletters about registering as a gov supplier and in another newsletter kbl submitted its first full technical proposal to a solicited request from a government agency in 2015. Based on the response to that proposal and subsequent communications we expect to begin production of our first prototype samples under contract with them in 2016.Contract was then signed in june 2016
