In a word .... YES.
KIM owns the land. He can build an out house on it but is not required to report it to you or me. Or he could build a huge research and development building on it with rearing facility attached and not report it to you or me. Then he could lease it to KBLB. Wouldn't require KBLB to do anything but sign and pay the lease. But while I think it could happen apparently it's premature.
