Once the dust settles, the likelihood of further institutions of IPRs by the PTAB will drop dramatically. Panels will have little appetite for a petitioner going after the same patents over and over again - keep in mind that VPLM's new patents are often continuations of 815 & 005.

Yes as we get aposistive result about the stay...maybe no one will challenge us as if the big boys cannot win,. WHEW,,the smaller ones ought to keep their money in the bank.

Except that the entire IPR process is under the microscope, and I believe is likely to be on the chopping block. IMO.
