I don't know if you knew this but I went on a twitter rant and let them know when I was not happy with them. Management heard it and few others here also joined me in relaying their message to Management via twitter.
However, I do not see much of the benefits in constantly expressing one's frustration on this board. Sometimes, discussion around Company's greatest achievements such as closure of the Enertrade deal however long it took and most importantly, the formulation of Zero Cost Program are lost in this board due to so much negative sentiments.
Yes, the Management has made mistakes. Even Facebook, Amazon and Apple make mistakes. We are in OTC, and led by OTC Management. So we are bound to fail more often than those guys. But constantly venting by several folks here time and again brushes off to lot of people who have been positive. I believe if this is a crooked company then FBI will some day take it down.
But the listing of filings on SEC as well as the number of upper level Management they have brought on - lead me to believe that - this Company is legit regardless of its underachievement.
