I agree. I think this stock is undervalued due to managements lack of communication. Without them fixing the problem it will remain undervalued until a group comes along to pump and dump it. I get the impression the share price doesn’t matter to them at all. They seem to miss the connection between having to dilute millions of shares vs diluting a few thousand shares at a time. The company itself is definitely making some big moves. The investor relations person should be replaced.
They want to put their friends into job positions that they aren’t qualified for. There is nothing wrong with taking your friends along for success, but put them in the right position. Weak links hurt the company as a whole. The team needs some adjusting.
The two crooks believe they r saints...they r so good at running a public co. After selling $ millions of dollars worth of stocks...paying themselves each $200k+ salary...setting up worthless POS to merge with this co. To obtain more shares...just hope they will have a good criminal def. Atty later on...
