Excuse me? I fail to see the issue.

First screenshot of my previous post: The 2017 Q3, dated Nov 15, 2017, says the acquisitions are expected to close first quarter.

Second screenshot of my previous post: The Annual Report, dated April 9, 2018, says the closing will likely take place during the second quarter.

I don't know whether "expected" or "likely" is more certain, but it reads as another postponement of these dealios to me and in no way a "confirmation" that the closings WILL occur during the second quarter.
