I wouldn't say it recovered when someone is putting those buys in for 100 shares. I still don't understand why anyone would buy knowing 100b authorized and most likely the management that is running the company are going to take the OS to 100b.
I say bull crap to the poster who said that they needed to set AS to 100b purely for the reason mentioned as if they don't plan to screw us!
