Hey I get that perspective, I dont think they will fall off Nasdaq again, that's what the reverse split is for, they did several last year to stay on Nasdaq, didn't work. They want to do one now to get back on Nasdaq, not going to work. Reject the RS is will rise to Nasdaq naturally. I think the truth lies in the past. The only way to stop dilution, is to get a better CEO.
I'm firm in my opinion, this will rise to $1 to $2s. Get on Nasdaq, they will dilute, reverse split, it will be $50 then or close. The question is will they stop diluting then?
