But that’s every company on the stock market in general. Nyse and nasdaq tickers even dilute. Hell Microsoft and apple were dilution machines back in the day but if the product is real and the company has funds, then they can easily take off.
But to say dilution on a maxed out as is not the case here. I believe it’s coming down to short covering and shortage of shares
