Sure. First you must travel to Zurich and open a bank account. Transfer some money there but be careful, there are limits on how much cash you can transfer out of the country. Then open a brokerage account and exchange RMB for USD but again, be careful, there are limits on that too. Unless of course the brokerage firm doesn't offer OTC penny stocks.
