If no Q/A with investors soon,your prescient statement " He is increasingly running this as a private company." is spot on. Million dollar question for investors,stay on taking the abuse or bailout??Ouuuccchhhh.

ps-what I learned about any "great investment outcome" requirement: management(unselfish that is),management,and management.

How do you know that management and friends own the majority? Am I missing something?

The most recent 10-k shows officers and directors owning 13.8% of the stock (p.66). The only other holder with over 5% is Yorkmont which owns 6.6%.
