You are aware that there is once again a BC mortgage market (sub prime) again. There's also an ALTA market as well, this is the same mess created in 07 08 all over again. The guidelines are a little stricter but losening every day. I've had it with this BS, only reason I stayed this long is 2 fold, bought way down in the. 30 to 40 range around 5 or 6 K cash, and the other is I truly believed there was some sort of justice going to take place, never thought it would be this long. All sincerity nothing takes this long, courts are a waste of time. You really got to love the posters here wanting this to go down to 40 cents again, why? If the GSEs are not going to be here, why buy? Even at 10 cents. It's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Oh, not a buy at 1.40 but heck I'm loading the truck at 40 c.
