Excellent, my friend. That lays the facts on the table concisely.

I'm still disgusted to see promoters trying to push this thing for the sake of conversions. I haven't even bothered to dispel the recent pump talk because it's so rehashed / far-fetched and nonsensical, especially in the face of the the atrocious financials and blatant insider enrichment, that it's not even worthy of effort.

Anyone that takes 2 seconds to glean the financials ought to know to stay far, far away.

MAXD is legit company...working with Qualcomm on 2 new chips for mobile devices...2017 free/product gone...impossible MAXD doesn't get rev sharing cut....lately nothing free other than oxygen....MAXD bad accumulated debt are positive for TAX/benefits....MAXD rev was at Zero in 2017(so what) as pay version replacing free version by mid 2018....possible these dilution going into R&D budget? ...I will be increasing our in-house R&D budget to handle the new business of porting MAX-D Voice and Biometric Security onto these technology company’s devices and products,” said Mr. Blaisure. “The timeline requested for delivery and product distribution is as early as Q-2 2018.
