The DD shows that the potential ROI of this little start up is going to be just excellent!...However Before RSA, Would be nice to have a 10-Q FINs or a Ticker change for the big investors to get warm fuzzy & begin drive our shares back up.... This 8-K is just housecleaning from the Rubber corp we are shelling. Hopefully for the Audit process? Remains to be seen..
