Yeah, I believe when I scanned the WSML filings they did a RS on the old preferred, or restricted shares, then issued new ones to kill them apparently. They are using the new shares for all their LOIs it seems.
I Agree I think VUME will have its day. Tiny 10 to 1 rs scared some off but they are talking about acquisitions. and will need shares for that. This is a real company that doesn’t want to be sub penny. If they were going to dilute they would have raised the AS diluted then did a split. Since they did not I expect they want to keep their share price up to attract real investors . I would also not be surprised if they plan to uplist to QB
