Oh I know. Part of the DD I do on stuff like this, is physical evidence.
Location- Is it a real physical address, if so where is it, what does it look like, and all of that.
It is when you can't find this type of stuff, they are not prepared to really be transparent. They have stuff to hide usually. You don't do big dollar amounts through a UPS store, or virtual office, when you start to make real money, do real business, your location changes. Your company becomes more transparent, more stable.
Product or service- can it be verified through independent 3rd parties. WHich has been done as well.
Then I look through 10-k,10-q's and such. figure out what they are doing with their money, and why. The company has occurred some costs, they are beginning to rise, which means they are beginning to grow, beginning to make moves to become a legit investment opportunity, making moves to leave the Pinks. It is a process, and they appear to be doing the right things.
Eventually they will clean up their share count, and talking of buybacks is a godo first step. I would expect at some point down the road there will be an RS, but that is down the road.
All signs point to this becoming a viable company and not a penny flippers flyer.
