This sounds like the last act is to begin soon. Key members of the board have now been loaded with warrants. When the company is sold to some other company, the warrants will have same sales price the stock has. Board members will get rewarded this way. They have not to use money at all. They only get sales price for the warrants they have.

Definitely we all know where this money for the warrant owners is taken from.
