If ever there was a time, it is now with all of this Bernholtz mess. I presently have five times as many shares as Mr. McNally. And there are others on this board who have substantially more than that.
Frankly Randall should be strung up by the nuts as well. What type of CFO allow this to go on right under his nose? The answer is either the fully complicit CFO, or the fully incompetent CFO. Neither option is very appealing to me at this point and it’s time for McNally to clear away the deadwood. “Rock” me arse.
