The cash is very important. Funding the second phase II without delay is good. Another phase II without any surprises should help remove doubts for potential partners.
As I mentioned earlier, they need a decent cash position to be in a reasonable negotiating position with potential partners. I wouldn't rule out another cash raise, if the search for a partner drags on past year end.
