I've lost track a little bit. He said in sworn testimony that he sold SOME of his shares...it was quantified at the time and revealed here....but I'm not sure when, or if, he laid claim to "selling out". I probably knew at one point but I'm not sure now.....someone else here would surely remember.
I was a little surprised to see the reference to him as a "significant stockholder" but PTOI itself would certainly know that. Of course we don't know that we can rely on them to be truthful or to know what the word "significant" really means.
