The ridiculousness continues. I was wondering if you reposted this recently. It was just an informative repost, who cares where it came from, Those in the know have said it as well. People ask about it every other day and the purpose is to keep people informed. If you want it to be solely your own, PATENT IT and repost it repeatedly to keep people informed. Just my opinion. lol.

Reporting Schedule...

By March 31 we will have Helpcomm’s stand alone financials for 2016 and 2017. We will also have the “proforma” financials of the combined entity for 2016 and 2017 but they will be unaudited. The proforma are simply showing what the business would have looked like as a combined entity over the last two years so folks can see what Helpcomm does or doesn’t add to the combined business on a retrospective basis.

Then by May 3 we will have the AUDITED 10K for BVTK for the 9 months ending Dec 31. 2017. These will NOT include the Helpcomm numbers since the acquisition did not close until Jan 2018. However a preview of 2017 BVTK numbers may be seen on March 31 since they will be combining BVTK’s 2017 fins with Helpcomm’s...but unaudited.

Then on May 15 will be the Q1 10Q for 2018 for the combined entity since that would be the first reported period post acquisition.
