Hi William,

I called BonSai and the receptionist took care of it for me. She took my card number over the phone and then texted me the tracking number and receipt. She was really nice about it and very helpful. The person I worked with is named Sttefany pronounced Stephanie.

I got their phone number from their facebook page.
