I don't think this company will be sold for 15 million. That comes to about 15cent a share. Maybe more around 250-300 million dollars or even more.

No, they are only selling off the RK Super brand. Fernhill would still be an ongoing venture with their other products.

Now, let's say there were 100,000,000 spinnoff shares and you held 10% or 10,000,000 shares, entirely possible as I own 13,000,000 LEOF shares, and means your share of the 15 million dollar dividend is 10% and equals 1.5 million dollars... Pretty good indeed. :-) Again, I regret missing the Fernhill spinnoff though am equally if not more excited about Leaf of Faith. Go Buzzy!
