This all falls into the category of transparency. It is a little unusual that 508 million common shares only make up an aggregate of 20% of the voting power.

Chasedog I'm getting tiered of these 62K debt left and BLAND A-1 Preferred Shares stories. I sent another email to DAVE to clarify this A-1 situation ones and forever. Getting more details from HO on this is the only thing that will the PPS allow to increase ??? I don't think so.
