Experience. The float is a limited number of shares and many people are buying and holding for much bigger catalyst to come such as Oracle Integration, Marketo Integration, and numerous others.
Scarcity is the key, the size of the float gets smaller everyday.
The smaller the float gets the faster the stock moves and we have seen greater daily percentage gains as a result.
Bottom line there is a limited amount of shares in the float and it has gotten so small that the supply can not meet the demand.
example: It would be next to impossible to buy 500K shares (even 100k) at any one price now, it would trigger a pps explosion. This was not always the case.
