#40510 RE: bigboard #40508

In 2 years ACBFF went from .20 to a high of $12.30... but that is not the most important aspect to look at...

ACBFF diluted heavily as the stock climbed, to fuel their expensive setup costs, but that did not stop the powerful trend... They currently have a valuation of $3.5 BILLION.

For LVVV to reach their valuation we would have to climb 10,000% from .05 ($5.00)

THATS the perspective thats most important.... Now depending on how much stock LVVV needs to sell to get to that level of growth, the percentage gain would be less, but still VERY significant.

Its also important to keep in mind that Canadian MJ stocks have higher startup expenses than Cali... They have to build expensive structures to protect from the cold weather, weight of the snow, etc.

LVVV can buy $120,000 greenhouses and make millions from each one cloning under the southern desert sun (even during winter, like they are doing now), reducing the cost/dilution significantly, while allowing them to scale up fast... and LVVV can always do a fancy hydro setup down the road, once the profits are rolling, if they choose.... but its not needed to become a massive cloning operation.

DD: LVVV is involved in multiple areas of the MJ sector. They plan to have a premium genetically stable + pesticide free cloning operation, a complete seed-to-sale quality assurance/data tracking system (7X Pure), an edibles line, along with other things..

... and all we need is for one area to succeed for us to do well here.

LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. Provides Shareholder Update
Anaheim, CA, Jan. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTC: LVVV), a company focused on research partnerships, product development and acquisition and management of turn-key production facilities for cannabis-based products and services, today issues a shareholder update and provides an overview of the cannabis-friendly climate in the state of California that offers vast opportunities for companies such as LiveWire.

“This past year was a transitional year for LiveWire, with the company executing several crucial segments of our business plan in preparation for the enormous market opportunity arising in our home state of California,” said Bill Hodson CEO of LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. “We are confident that even the newly created conflict between Federal and State law will not prevent the growth of the recreational use marijuana market segment in California and not reverse protecting medical marijuana patients statewide. The people have spoken - 29 states currently have laws broadly legalizing marijuana in some form and seven states and the District of Columbia have adopted the most expansive laws legalizing marijuana for recreational use. We are in a good position to take advantage of this positive support climate, allowing us to build a successful company in an industry with enormous potential” concluded Hodson.

2018 – A Milestone Year
This year, in contrast, is expected to be a milestone year for LiveWire. While we believe that there is unprecedented growth ahead for the cannabis industry in California, we are also convinced that only well-structured and professionally managed companies will survive the onslaught of competition. Unprofessional operators will be weeded out and only companies with a solid legal and financial foundation will flourish. LiveWire is in the center of this emerging market in California and has spent this past year intensely surveying and researching the landscape, legally and operationally.

Accordingly, utilizing its team’s longstanding experience in the cannabis and financial industries, the Company has dynamically adjusted its business plan to the current reality and its expectations for a changing landscape, generating an educated forecast for 2018.

Based on the current outlook and subject to reaching the milestones below in a timely manner, LiveWire expects to be cashflow positive during 2018:

Acquire and/or enter into joint ventures with licensed nurseries, cultivators, delivery services and dispensaries.
Continue debt reduction with the goal of being debt-free in 2018.
Secure additional cultivation agreements with non-profit mutual benefit corporations.
Contract with licensed cultivators and set up on-site operations under exclusive agreements.
Reach full engagement in the value-chain from seed to sale.
Enter agreements with select medical experts and universities to embark on strain specific research for certain medical ailments with a large sufferer population.
Establish and obtain intellectual property protection for the 7X Pure Dosage & Verification system to be licensed to the industry.
Acquire a state license.
Acquire permits for local cultivation facilities in different California municipalities.
Establish and market the model for LiveWire campuses populated with turn-key growing facilities for licensed clients.
Finalize LOI’s with additional cultivators.
Expand legal and financial consultants to expedite implementation of business plan.
Solidify share structure to create increasing shareholder value.
OTC Compliance – Generate Shareholder Value
To provide increased transparency of its business transactions to its shareholders, the Company has brought its OTC filing status into full compliance and is currently preparing its 2017 year-end filings for timely submission and publication. LiveWire has been successful in solidifying its debt structure during 2017, while maintaining a reasonable number of outstanding shares. LiveWire has agreed to terms to sell a block of its common stock holdings in the Apple Rush Company back to Apple Rush and subsequently reduce its holdings to under 5% and maintain a non-affiliate status in Apple Rush. LiveWire expects that it may have to raise additional working capital to support its rapid expansion plans, but is focused on non-toxic structures for any future financial vehicles with minimum dilution for existing shareholders.

LVVV share price has increased from a 52-week low of $0.0009 to a 52-week high of $0.02 by a factor of 22 times and a 30-day average volume of 11.4 Million shares per day. The Company expects to be cash flow positive by the end of the second quarter of 2018

Designing and Building Fully Compliant Turn-key Facilities
To take full advantage of the enormous opportunity in California, the Company has assembled an exceptional team of industry experts and advisors during 2017. Based on the expertise of this team, the Company has completed the build-out of its first pilot project, dubbed “The Farm”. This facility will serve as a model for additional LiveWire turn-key locations in California and eventually throughout the country. These facilities will be made available for lease to qualified and licensed cannabis producers. Additional locations, including a 20-acre property with an existing cultivation structure and possible entertainment destination, are currently being researched and the Company will soon be naming a Master-Grower to oversee all properties.

LifeWire Focus and Activism
Looking back at a turbulent 2017 for the industry, LiveWire’s management is now focused on executing crucial segments of its business plan that are fully compliant with Federal and State laws, municipal ordinances and other applicable rules and regulations. Seeing a clear need for industry leaders’ involvement, LiveWire is actively involved in accelerating the clarification of the existing and proposed laws in the still evolving legal landscape for the industry on a Federal, State and most importantly local level. “Through my personal involvement as the CEO of LiveWire and the Company’s sponsorship, we will continue to assist in forming the basis for a clear legal structure that will allow cannabis companies to establish fully compliant operations, thus helping to eliminate the pitfalls of the underground market, for the benefit of our customers and investors,” said Hodson.

IENORML In just a few short weeks of increased involvement, the Company has felt the positive impact of activism by way of introductions to city mayors, county officials, and industry professionals. We encourage all shareholders to contact and support their local chapter of NORML and get engaged in their efforts to protect and promote this multi-billion dollar industry.

Seeking Cannabis Friendly Municipalities
Specific rules and regulations are left to the local municipalities and regulations differ widely throughout the state, having created a confusing legal environment. LiveWire’s team of cultivators, legal and financial experts has thoroughly researched these conditions state wide and is in the process of identifying and applying for multiple state licenses in several municipalities in California, once this process commences. The combined expertise of this team will also be made available to guide potential clients through the complicated application process.

Public and Legislative Support
Recognizing the benefits of cannabis in its different form and applications for certain medical ailments and moderate recreational use, broad legalization is now widely supported by over sixty four percent (64%) of the U.S. population, according to the latest Gallup poll and an increasing number of democratic and republican legislators.

Conflicting Laws
We are confident that despite the recently erupted conflict between Federal and State law, championed mainly, if not exclusively by the AG of the United States, Jeff Sessions, further legalization of medical and adult-use, or recreational, marijuana in California and eventually nationwide is inevitable. The majority of states have adopted laws legalizing some form of marijuana use. In contrast, many cities in California are still in the process of finalizing their local ordinances with clear rules and regulations to provide a platform for legal operations.
Get Connected - Impact the Legal Landscape Having a voice in the effort to form an appropriate legal landscape for adult-use and medical marijuana in California is of the utmost importance and we invite our fellow industry professionals to join us in our efforts. To advance this effort, LiveWire recently met with Congressman Dana Rohrabacher to explore all potential activities to that regard. LiveWire has become actively involved in supporting Rep. Rohrabacher who co-authored the “Rohrabacher-Blumenauer” provision, which has been in place since 2014. This provision bars the Department of Justice from using appropriated funds to prosecute individuals who are in compliance with their state’s medical marijuana laws.

DD: Clones have a quick profit cycle. They can expand and increase sales fast with their experience.

Experience is everything for a company like this. There is no product that they need to sell and educated the consumer on, everyone knows what MJ does. lol... It sells itself!

The most important question of all is: Can they produce LARGE SCALE with tight quality standards? What does the DD suggest?

Kyle Anthony McKay - Developer. Mr. McKay gathered the majority of his expert experience during his work with the inventor of
“Master Kush”, a very prominent marijuana genetic, in a state of the art facility in Southern California. Mr. McKay has a track record of
growing over 160 stable genetics, as well as managing over twenty cultivation centers and dispensaries, providing services for over
45,000 patients at one time. Mr. McKay has been actively involved in all aspects form growing to establishing cultivation plans and
executing licensing processes.
He will bring experience in new age genetics and the application of fungicides and pesticides, to ensure
production of the highest-quality products and maintaining a controlled production environment. He also has special knowledge in
location selection, cultivation center planning and maximization of growth potential.

Jason Olson - Developer. Mr. Olson brings ten years of cloning and growing experience to the Company. Mr. Olson has successfully
combined a leading-edge and proprietary cloning and growing process with the general business experience that he has gathered in
the restaurant and banking industries, before his entry into the cannabis industry. This experience and the development of a proprietary
cloning process, combined with Mr. Olson’s intimate knowledge of the plant, creates the ideal conditions for high-quality and
organically clean cloning and growing conditions that will produce the superior results that LiveWire is setting out to achieve.

(repost) If the MJ sector gets big news and takes off, this will be one of the monster runners imo. Mark this post.

Location, timing, large scale experience, connections, funding + permits = All the ingredients coming together

The 7X Pure system is a possible game changer. Even if they only put it on their own clones, it will help them sell. 7X Pure = POWER marketing, if utilized correctly.

Allowing customers to lookup (scan?) a clone, edible, concentrate, bud, etc right there in the store and see all the history, via website/app is AWESOME... From the city the mother was started in, to the testing company that checked it for pesticides, potency, molds, genetics, etc... all this data secured with blockchain, which means no one in the supply chain can alter it. A digital receipt of each transaction along the supply chain is viewable to anyone, at any time.

I think im a decent judge of integrity and the people really trying to make something happen... All penny CEOs BS to some degree, its par for the course, but there has to be some underlying substance/integrity to what they are trying to achieve. 7X Pure is a legit initiative within a sector that will be regulated out the wazoo, even if they only end up using it to push their own products out in front of the pack.

I bet consumers would choose LVVVs product over another if they could type in or scan a barcode (which all smart phones can easily do) and see the history of what they are putting into their body. Helluva marketing tool!

Heck, they could just relabel other companies products and charge more... but i bet other companies are going to be eager to get the little tag on their own products, so there is no need.

#40523 RE: bigboard #40508

7X Pure DD: LVVV takes the MANDATORY testing aspect even further, by verifying the genetics, supply line, etc and making the info available to anyone. All you have to do is type in the product ID and a complete history is available, secured with blockchain.

It could be the standard one day. Consumers, suppliers, etc could look for the little "7X Pure" tag and check it out on their phone right then and there, before they buy... Do i see an App coming??? People could just scan the code, fast

Nothing is a sure thing, but the MASSIVE NEED for this type of a system, within a HIGHLY regulated MJ market, makes complete sense... and it makes this stock seem very cheap to me.

Imagine if they could just average .02 every time their "seal of approval" is placed on a clone, buds, edibles, concentrates, CBD drinks, supplements, etc. There will be millons of these products sold each day... Just 1 million people consuming a CBD drink is $20,000 PER DAY. This is just one type of product!

7X Pure DD: All they need is a small slice of the market. They dont even need to dominate. No sector is growing faster than MJ (in decades) and no market is bigger than the one LVVV is located in.

A single deal will drive speculation through the roof and imo they will use their connections to get one, even if they have to do it for free (initially), to get the ball rolling.

LVVV is not a one-trick-pony, but we only need one segment to do well to make a nice profit... If all segments do well, fuggedaboutit

7X Pure DD/opinions: Even if they just slap the sticker/tag on their own clones and get people going to the website to verify data, its could be massive... Everyone will want LVVVs verifiably clean strains!

... and they have the LARGE SCALE grow experience capable of ramping up production to meet demand.

LVVV could become the premium grower of clones, within the largest MJ use market in the world. Just because they went the extra distance to provide the market with something that no one else is doing.

Its all about the little Sticker! Brand it right and we could make crazy returns here. People will pay LVVV to verify their data and put the little tag on their clones, buds, brownies, concentrates, etc... The might feel PRESSURED to do it, by consumers

They are thinking way ahead of the sector. These are the types of practical/capable ideas i hunt for... The more i brainstorm, the more it makes complete sense.

(VIDEO) They are launching the edibles line with the 7X Pure label on the front of the package, encouraging people to look up the strain/testing history right then and there in the store, before they buy... It could push the needle HARD for their products.

Sometimes all a product needs is a unique aspect like this to push it ahead of the pack... Retailers will like it and can be made to feel like they have to carry it because consumer demand/fear is growing... Independent news report can be used as evidence...

LiveWire Ergogenics’ 7X Pure Cannabis Compliance and Dosage Verification System to Run on Blockchain Technology

Anaheim,CA, Jan. 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTC: LVVV) today announced that it will be using blockchain technology to create a completely secure system for cannabis compliance and dosage verification. The company, which focuses on research partnerships, product development, acquisition, and management of turnkey production facilities for cannabis-based products and services, will be applying blockchain’s decentralized ledger technology to its 7X Pure Cannabis Compliance and Dosage Verification System. Respected blockchain technology expert Leon Fleyshman has been named the Senior Advisor for this project.

LiveWire Ergogenics’ 7X Pure Cannabis Compliance and Dosage Verification System provides third party verification of cannabis material origin, potency, purity, dosage, labeling and more, and then secures each product with a digital identity and clearly identifiable chain of custody.

The use of blockchain technology will make the 7X Pure system completely secure, transparent and verifiable. LiveWire Ergogenics will be able to protect the confidentiality of growers’ and manufacturers’ intellectual property while providing retailers, consumers, government officials and others verification that the growers’ and manufacturers’ claims are true.

“On the blockchain every iteration of every piece of data automatically contains all prior iterations as well,” explains Mr. Fleyshman, “and every new data entry is immediately processed, confirmed and stored by numerous computers around the world. The result is a tamper-proof system that provides a reliability factor that just doesn’t exist with any other technology.”

The 7X Pure verification system, which is designed as a parallel service to the seed-to-sale data provided by marijuana tracking software, will help growers and manufacturers meet increasing compliance requirements related to logistics, quality and transparency. It will also provide a high level of assurance to everyone from end users to municipalities, who will be able to enter a lot code into a website to quickly confirm that a product’s claims regarding material origin, potency, purity, dosage and more have all been properly verified.

The 7X Pure system utilizing blockchain technology will also serve as the backbone for an open supply chain network, with data privacy built into the decentralized blockchain infrastructure.

“I can’t emphasize enough the importance of data privacy in this industry,” states Bill Hodson, CEO of LiveWire. “While ‘track and trace’ requirements are being driven by state and local agencies, trade partners in the cannabis industry are understandably protective of their proprietary grow techniques, the integrity of their marijuana strains, and other trade secrets. Marrying the security of blockchain technology with the many benefits of the 7X Pure verification system will therefore be a game-changer for the cannabis industry. Plus, manufacturers will appreciate the fact that they won’t have to learn new software, attend classes or click through endless PowerPoint presentations to participate!”

Leon Fleyshman, the project’s Senior Advisor, is CEO of The Code Corporation, a management consulting firm in Southern California. Mr. Fleyshman has extensive experience in various activities related to Cryptocurrency and the underlying technologies that drive the transformative potential of blockchain. He has also been a vocal advocate for expanding research into medical cannabis. As Senior Advisor, Mr. Fleyshman is responsible for the technical strategy, including determining the best way to make use of blockchain technology for the 7X Pure platform.

As part of the 7X Pure Cannabis Compliance and Dosage Verification System, LiveWire Ergogenics has set up its 7X Strain Vault. Growers can submit their strains to comply with step one of the seven-step verification process, which is “confirm identity.” To review the entire 7X Pure Cannabis Compliance and Dosage Verification process, please visit www.7XPure.com.

7X Pure DD: While everyone is jumping on blockchain technology, when they don’t actually even need it, the use of the technology makes complete sense for LVVV.. and they have already hired someone to get it setup, its not just talk.

This is going to be a massive sector that is highly competitive... and MOST of the MJ on the market would not pass this verification test, but needs to

Companies risk a lot of money buying dirty clones (without knowing their history) and growing a crop for months, which fails the governments mandatory testing. The product will be confiscated at the very end, resulting in a considerable loss for the grower...

The new testing regulations are going to crush a large portion of the growers in this sector. Most MJ Investors don’t understand this aspect.

This explains why the 2 segments of the sector LVVV is focusing on ( genetically stable clones and QA) is extremely important...

LiveWire's Proprietary Verification System

A credible certification process is crucial in the high-growth and unruly medical cannabis industry. LiveWire has developed a proprietary "7xPure Compliance & Dosage Verification System." The 7xPure system is an assembled set of verified documents pertaining to compliance and dosage claims and the assignment of a lot-code relating to the sum of seven highly scrutinized parts. In order for a product to receive the 7xPure Verification Seal, it must prove dosage claims, label claims, manufacturing good practices, microbiological and residual solvent testing and much more. All products produced by LiveWire will meet the criteria necessary to display the 7xPure verification seal. The company will also market its 7xPure Verification System to all companies in the industry, aiming to make it the "Gold Standard" in the industry for the benefit of all consumers.

California Pot Shots: Product Liability Is Coming

https://abovethelaw.com/2017/09/california-pot-shots-product-liability-is-coming/

I’ve practiced law in enough regulated cannabis states to know that quality assurance, testing, and protecting the public through total product perfection isn’t going to be easy or cheap, and it’s going to be mandatory if you want to keep your cannabis license. Still, even with your best quality-assurance game face, you may not (more like never) escape the toe catch that is products liability. And with California being such a litigious state, as the Wall Street Journal editorial board recently pointed out, it’s only a matter of time before even more plaintiffs start suing cannabis operators alleging defective, dangerous, or mislabeled products and Prop 65 violations.

Just the mere fact that my firm’s cannabis attorneys have written so many blog posts and articles on cannabis safety and cannabis product liability ought to tell you how truly important this issue will be in California once things truly get rolling here.

The demand for a system like 7X Pure is going to shoot through the roof

However, when shops open on January 1st, retailers will be allowed to sell cannabis products without laboratory testing for pesticides or other contaminants, though they will have to be labeled as such. Any cannabis products harvested after January 1, 2018 will be tested for “contaminants with a high public health risk.” By July 1, 2018, “moderate relative health risk” contaminants will be tested, and by the end of the year the state will include “minor relative health risk” testing, according to a fact sheet released by the CBCC. A list of what pesticides are considered under each of those categories is available on page 92 of CBCC’s emergency regulations.

Clones are often completely dipped in pesticides and when the bud matures, is can fail the mandatory testing, costing a grower big $$$, or even their entire business... and no way are they going to pay $400 to have each clone tested, they want assurance that wont cost them much = 7X Pure

According to a recent report from California cannabis testing lab Steep Hill, much of the state’s widespread pesticide problem can actually be traced back to clones. In October of 2016, Steep Hill shocked the state with a report that estimated that 84% of California cannabis wasn’t “fit for human consumption.

Of 124 total clones tested for potentially dangerous pesticides, only 17 contained no detectable residues. Only 22% of all clones passed muster under California’s cannabis pesticide thresholds, which are stricter than nearby Oregon’s.

...and the state is about to get even more strict on the allowable limits.
+++++

The report added that many growers don’t consider early application of pesticides, either in the clone’s soil or by dipping the clone in a pesticide solution, to be a risk. Cannabis “lore,” it says, holds that four to five generations of plants is enough to flush out any residual pesticides.
+++++

“Less than 14% of 124 randomly selected clones from different regions were free of any pesticide residue,” the report warns, “and 77.4% of the clones tested failed current proposed California cannabis pesticide regulations. It is clear there is a need for clone monitoring.

The levels of pesticide in some plants were as high as 8,300 times California’s threshold limits.

Bill, Omar and possible other LVVV insiders are active members of NORML. This story could spread around the big $$$ within the multi billion dollar Cali MJ sector. We could see investors drop some huge coin here in the coming months... the DD indicates that we could already have a contract PR coming and that will be the "OMG, im selling everything for LVVV" PR moment around pennyland... A cultivation agreement means LVVV will be growing product that is already sold= Easy money within the fastest growing sector/market

California is the 6th largest economy. MJ growers that secure their permits/license EARLY can gain a serious head start, cause there is MASSIVE demand with short supply. They can build an EARLY name, before others are ready. Its EASY to move product right now... FYI, only 1% of the states growers have their license and it could take months in some counties... and 1000's of them are being completely removed from the market, due to county bans.

"Even without recreational cannabis, more legal weed is sold in California than anywhere else in the United States. In the second quarter of this year, California sold nearly $900 million of medical weed, compared to Colorado's roughly $515 million and Washington's $302 million, according to a report from Boulder-based BDS Analytics. And that's in a system where adults can purchase legal pot only if they have a medical marijuana prescription. When California opens dispensary doors to any adult 21 and older, the legal market is expected to grow to $7 billion a year" ...
