with the lack of a 10k, there certainly is the lack of transparency on how this pos is funding operations. dilution looks like the only plausible way, because if this has any meaningful increase in subs, pr-johnny would be blowing himself. the same as he did with the t/s ad flop.

so the question remains:

why is ottv delinquent, lets ask the SEC
i'm sure all the shareholders would like to know
