So far the market agrees with my assessment on $GE. Possible as early as tomorrow the market will confirm $13 is in fact too high for $GE.

Notice $GE isn't even in oversold conditions yet. Oversold may only hit around $12.50 plus / minus, so even an $11 handle is possible short-term.
