Maybe a question that should be asked to America Makes, how can you have a project with one small company's technology (sglb) and big companies (GE) funded by tax payer money and the big company writes a terrible report but then also applies for patents on that technology even though that technology was that of your small collaborator. This cannot be good for ongoing America Makes grants, who wants to participate if the big dogs just take your tech and apply for patents.
