Check my posts I even mentioned the parties (some of them) that have the other part. As I explained at the time the Exosome Kit must fit one of the form factors of the vendors of the devices that perform the fluid processing.
That is an important, BUT EXISTING, part on which THEY compete. Mainly pre-conditioning and aligning the fluid in order to be able to better count, identify, etc molecules.
So INDEED the Kit is NOT a stand-alone system but MANY competing systems exist to fill in the other part. Those vendors WANT as many Kits as possible available for their standard because that makes the sell their equipment.
I posted links at the time to such equipment. The Kit of PPHM/CDMO has value by what it does, the way it does it and the high accurate way it does it (low # of false positives/negative and fast, cheap processing without centrifugal need).
Also the depth (cancer/no cancer, what cancer, stage of cancer, etc) are the features the market is waiting for.
