and the ONLY "track record" one can substantiate online is TWENTY years old and not even $1 billion, pardon me if I'm just a little skeptical.

Puhleeze. The filings had long been posted on the AHIX website and all AHIX needed was for someone to pony up the money needed to get OTCM to accept them.
