I'm doing my best at being a squeaky wheel, as I watch the pps go back down.
The latest is: ST has confirmed the DTC chill was lifted, now there are "cost issues" they need to deal with - whatever that means. This is according to an e-mail from the ST Compliance Officer to the broker in the DC office. The latter said the CO will be sending her another e-mail later today re: solving the cost issue and lifting the restriction.
I pointed out that many of us have received letters saying that when the chill is lifted, the restriction will be lifted - period. So this cost issue nonsense is irrelevant. She said she'd call the CO and ask about the letter information versus the cost question, then get back to me.
