Normally I would agree. However, Wick clearly states that he had a conversation with JF in which Target is mentioned. Is this inside information? You betcha. Is it illegal for JF to be telling a shareholder about Target before this news is available to the public? Yup.
I've seen this before. I would love to see a deal with Target but considering the source I'm highly skeptical. Also, if this rumor turns out to be another attempt at a pump and dump there could be serious repercussions for providing false and misleading information based upon supposed inside information. Do you not agree?
