I'm looking for a new high double top at 534 for a close. I believe that's where we will see a local high.

CSCO 21.03 is also a level I'm watching out for. NDX 1383 and 1414 are also targets.

I do not see this ending prior to COMP 1886 or so.

SPX 1040 is another target, as is Dow 8661.

During the past 2 weeks you were negative on the market because of low volumes and new highs. Now the internals are getting stronger and you are negative. You are very hard to figure. What would the market have to do for you to get more positive
