No sarcasm intended, sentiment has indeed changed, it is very bullish, one of the reasons I am not ready to plunge in here and still go to bed relatively heavy in cash. That does not mean it cannot become even more bullish. As I said before, on the chart there is really no major "stop" till 1940, but I have no opinion if we get there or not. I still think that excess optimism leads to major retrenchments.

September will go against the grain and be up

I agree. When the masses are looking one way, the market always goes the other way. Plus, too many talking heads trying to convince us it's going down in Sept. That's always a good fade.
