What do you take that to mean? I’ve seen people talk about MM signals but haven’t been around long enough to know if it’s true

My orders are getting filled that way as well. So, if there is any truth to MM signals and 100 shares mean "I need shares", but the rest of the order is getting filled...what could that mean?

The first 100 share of order has been filling at ask, but the remainder of the order fills lower.
