3 -5 years, I think you are underestimating the timeline by multiple years.
My guess this company will be gone and bought out by a top 50 company by then or be a very strong stand alone company.
This is technology, no need to build fancy manufacturing plants or develop lithium mining operations, so your 3-5 years timeline seems very unrealistic to me.
