I anticipate a PR announcing the loan approval promptly after the 10/24 SH meeting (at which the increase in AS will be approved). Some of those additional shares can then be used as collateral for the loan.

I do not anticipate any major PR prior to the SH meeting.

Tha is my speculation for today.
