It's a big risk waiting to get in this kind of play. Look at Joe Arcaro's LRDR. It was in trips and when the right people found out about the custodianship petition it went to 00's and never came back. It's sitting at .0037 waiting on the court date of 3/20. Same goes for flipping. Very easy to get left behind.
