Yes, I do agree with you, but I think it has already been decided that legalization is going to happen. As I said in an earlier post, I just think the Feds don't want to do it right away because they want the infrastructure for the legalized economy to be set up enough to prevent the black market from being the ones that dominate in the legalized market. So even though it may appear they don't want it to happen at all, the truth is that they are just stalling because they'd prefer a slow roll out. JMHO.
