The SEC is not doing a good job...If they were they would address the naked short problem, as well as the rampit scams that goes on in the OTC/Pinks....They would also act much faster with these things. As it is they pay little attention to the OTCs and Pinks....And by the time they get invalved most of the time it is to late...IMO
