When did this occur??? What approval??? When did the SEC approve the reset at $15?? Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law! Please clarify why you said this.

You do realize that it is not against SEC regulations to guarantee a price if in fact you were approved by the SEC to have a reset at $15. If its facts they can claim it. Period.
