Just stop. Someone paid $8M + potential $95M+ royalties for no IP. So obviously there is physical IP of some sort. The question is why hurry to sell it off just to say you did it? For that deal, why not just let it sit there and rot away?
Just get rid of R&D people and let it sit until we are in better financial position? Unfortunately, my guess is there are no plans to make Avid successful and the idea was for somebody to get the patents. Hope I am wrong.

Exactly. The same goes for exosomes. I believe it was immediately after Sunrise was stopped at the first look in that PPHM management trotted out exosomes,but as usual for them there was no data from pre-clinical studies , no projected timeline for starting human trials and no explanation of the risks and competition. It was merely an attempt to deflect from the dramatic failure that was Sunrise.
