I can see why Patrick would say “PDXP” has filled out the form 211 in a tweet to mean that the form has been filled out by an MM who has reached an agreement with PDXP. It’s a collaborative process, and in fact, PDXP is the driving force behind the process. Look, I see your point and don’t care to argue about semantics, which I think is at the heart of the disagreement and I’m not really in disagreement with you about this matter
