Getting a Market Maker to ACTUALLY sponsor one and submit to FINRA is a whole other ballgame...

When did things change? It used to be that a market maker was the entity that filled out and submitted a 211 to FINRA.

PDXP has filled out is Finra Form 211 and is currently looking at potential marketmakers to aid the company in getting out of the Grey Market. GO PDXP!

Hate to tell you--and Johnson--this, but companies do not fill out Forms 211. MMs do, on the basis of information supplied by the issuer.

And finding the MM is the important part. It's also the most difficult.
