Gfp - I'm not arguing in favor or against the in-licensing plan or a PIPE, especially since neither are under my control but luckily I have the serenity to accept that. :^)

I'd like to reacquire a lot of COR shares at the most favorable price that I can, so a 10% or more lower price makes a big difference in the number of shares I end up with. I'm guessing some others here might also be looking to increase their COR holdings on the most favorable terms possible, hopefully they'll chime in with their strategy on when to buy more COR.

So figuring out if/when another PIPE is going to happen would be pretty handy for timing the purchase of more COR.

I'm placing a lot of emphasis on how frequently Dr. Stoll has discussed the in-licensing plans, he's pretty much come right out and said it's going to happen - now it's just a matter of estimating when. And if it happens before the BP deal, a PIPE will probably be necessary to pay for it. And if a PIPE is done for the in-licensing, Cortex will be sure to get a reasonable amount above and beyond what the in-licensed drug deal costs to provide the necessary cushion to get them through to the BP deal.

So... as investors we probably all would rather see Cortex wait on the in-licensing until after the BP deal, but for a variety of reasons I can see Cortex looking at it from a strategic point of view rather than the investor point of view, and completing the in-licensing before the BP deal.

If this were to happen, I think the pps would take a sizable but short-lived hit, and provide an excellent buying opportunity... Aiming4.
