I expect the timing to be very close, but that will be coincidental, not planned. Every program of potential value is looked at by several possible licensees: BP's are going to Irvine for their on-site due diligence meetings, Cortex is visiting sites to conduct their own DD of those programs. At some point, they have to make their move, and they can't make that dependent on their BP deal.
I'd be surprised if it comes from a BP partner.
