They registered 14,059,041 shares for sale to the funders via the S-1...the other 8,174,386 shares registered are freebies to the lender (commitment fee) so unless this PPS appreciates, the amount that can be raised will be less---until they amend the S-1 with any available shares before they seek a A/S raise..
