I noticed that also, and I don't see where they will have any difficulty at all in piercing the corporate shield. All they have to do is produce the articles showing the preferred A's and that she controls them, making it more of a sole proprietorship than a corporation.
The biggest problem they'll have is all the others who are already claiming a pound of flesh, and the fact that she probably has no assets herself.
