Brochure- "Last Updated: December 18, 2017." Note the photo with the FOR LEASE sign in front. I rather doubt Eltron left then suddenly moved back in.

POINT BEING.. their big fancy lab at 4600 Nautilus is "for lease." They've apparently set up shop next door in a steel building shared with other tenants (Chrisam Construction, Boba, Inc- "infant & toddler gear"). I personally don't see this as a big step up for Eltron nor an indication they'll be generating millions for BLDV. If I'm wrong the stock doesn't reflect it.
